Randall Doizaki brings more than 40 years of leadership experience dedicated to protecting communities, developing leaders, and building strong partnerships throughout Colorado.

• United States Marine Corps Veteran who learned that leadership begins with service, integrity, and accountability.
• Retired Lieutenant with the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office, serving more than 23 years in patrol, investigations, detention services, hostage negotiations, critical incident investigations, behavioral health initiatives, peer support, and organizational leadership.
• Current Lieutenant with Denver Public Schools Department of Climate and Safety, leading safety operations, emergency preparedness, critical incident response, and partnerships that help protect thousands of students, staff, and visitors every day.
• Community-Focused Leader recognized as both "Hero of the Community" and Humanitarian of the Year for building lasting relationships with neighborhoods, schools, businesses, and community organizations. Throughout his career, Randall has been a familiar face at neighborhood events, school activities, graduations, and community celebrations because he believes trust is built long before a crisis occurs.
• Behavioral Health Advocate who partnered with the Colorado Office of Behavioral Health to support competency restoration programs for individuals in custody with mental health diagnoses, strengthening collaboration between behavioral health professionals and law enforcement.
• Certified Leadership Coach and Founder of Doizaki on Leadership LLC, helping leaders and organizations improve communication, accountability, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
• Educator and Mentor who has taught leadership, business, organizational development, and criminal justice at the college level while delivering more than 100 leadership presentations and mentoring the next generation of public safety professionals.
• Highly Educated Public Safety Executive holding a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources, with executive leadership education from Northwestern University's School of Police Staff and Command and the University of Denver's Public Safety Leadership Program.
• Published Author and National Leadership Contributor, author of "IT IS About Leadership...Not Just Management" and articles published by FBI-LEEDA and the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training (IADLEST) on leadership, officer development, employee retention, and public safety.
